We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 10 days from the date of your receipt of the product. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 10 days from the date of your receipt of the product. For all other returns, you may only return unopened products in their original packaging and in good condition. Products must be returned for a refund within 10 days of your receipt of the product. Shipping charges are not refundable. To return a product, you must request an RMA by emailing us at email@example.com or submitting a CRM ticket requesting an RMA. No returns will be accepted without an RMA.
